Return and Refund Policy
At Neste Uganda Safaris, we strive to ensure that all of our guests have an exceptional experience. However, we understand that plans can change. Please review our return and refund policy below:
1. Cancellation by the Client
- 30 days or more before the safari start date: A full refund will be provided, minus a 10% administrative fee.
- 15–29 days before the safari start date: 50% of the total safari cost will be refunded.
- 7–14 days before the safari start date: 25% of the total safari cost will be refunded.
- Less than 7 days before the safari start date: No refund will be provided.
2. Cancellation by Neste Uganda Safaris
- If we are forced to cancel a safari due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, government restrictions, etc.), a full refund or an option to reschedule will be provided.
- For rescheduling, Neste Uganda Safaris will work closely with you to find the most suitable dates without any additional administrative fees.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after receiving a formal cancellation request.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
4. Changes to Bookings
- Modifications to bookings (e.g., changing dates, accommodation, or activities) are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
- Any changes made less than 7 days before the safari start date may not be possible, and the original booking will be subject to the refund terms mentioned above.
5. No Shows
- If a guest fails to arrive on the scheduled date without prior notice, the full amount will be non-refundable.
6. Special Considerations
- Refunds for missed activities or portions of the safari (e.g., due to illness or late arrival) will not be provided.
- In cases of genuine emergencies, Neste Uganda Safaris may consider partial refunds or rescheduling at its discretion.
